HOLD ON TILL THE END

BIBLE PASSAGES: LUKE 9:57-62; Romans 8:18-28; Isaiah 41:9-20

Introduction

Today message is talking about “Hold on Till the End”

What does that mean? It means do not give up on yourself. Do not quit and do not run away from the challenges of life. No one can get promotion without a test. I want you to understand that Winners don’t quit, and Quitters don’t win. I am applying the same words today saying to you, don’t quit and do not give up on yourself.

 Do not throw away your commitment and your conviction.

 Do not give up on your dreams.

 Do not give up on your passion, whatever you are passionate about, hold on it and stay focused until you get it right.

There is a reason why you were created and there is a reason why you are living. There is a glory in you that God will reveal to you, don’t look down on yourself. What you’re going through now are temporary, your problem of today will turn into a miracle. The problem you are having is for the mean time. Don’t give up- 2 Corinthians 4:18.

Your problems are subject to change, do not throw away your courage, be courageous. Joshua 1: 1-9

7 THINGS YOU SHOULD NOT THROW AWAY

1. Do not throw away your CONVICTION or your DREAMS.

2. Do not throw away your commitment to God and His family.

1 Corinthians 15: 58. Galatians 6:9

3. Do not throw away your FAITH. 1 Timothy 4:1-5

4. Do not throw away the PROPHECY that God said concerning you.

5. Do not throw away your COMPASSION. Matthew 9: 35-38

6. Do not throw away your WILL POWER - ability to say no to sin, the ability to stand for the truth.

7. Do not throw away your FOCUS AND DESTINATION. Do not throw away your destination, where God is taking you to both in heaven and on earth. Live for where God is taking you to and don’t give up.

IN CONCLUSION

Hold on until the end for you to receive the crown of righteousness. There is no battle that is too big for God. Any battles that are bigger than your faith, give them to God. Let God fight your battles for you. Do not run away from battles, rather run to God for help and He will help you in Jesus name. Amen.

The day will come, as you advance in life when “progress” will call for compromising your convictions. What hangs in the balance at that moment is your moral authority. There are two major enemies of purpose, namely distraction and misdirection. In addition to distraction and misdirection, you also need to watch out for fatal attractions. That was the enemy that killed Amnon, the 1 st son of David. His name means “faithful and true” but his fatal attraction to Tamar whose name means “Palm Tree” led to his demise. In your moments of prayer and intercession, pray and intercede against these subtle enemies  [Proverbs 2:1‐7 (see verse ...
